Comes with the original case and we will include a new mouthpiece and valve oil as well. Even the trim, water keys and rings are extra fancy! Made with a #1 1/2 bore which measures. They are also made with octagonal valve casings and fancy top and bottom caps. These are relatively rare and well sought after. This indeed is the case with this fabulous instrument. These unique trumpets were made without a bead on the edge of the bell allowing the whole instrument to ring more freely. We chemically cleaned the instrument, oiled it and greased all the slides. The dings could always be removed at a later time. (We did not take them out because the whole bell section would have to be unsoldered and that would ruin the consistent finish.) The trumpet plays perfectly the way it is now. There are some small dings on the underside of the bell section.
The lacquer is a little pitted because of age. The valves have little wear and the plating is more than 95% intact. This incredible trumpet is in excellent condition.
